Every piece in Volume Four is designed, cut and finished in our own studio at House 283, Road 9, Block D, Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka 1212, Bangladesh. Country of manufacture is printed on the label and published on this site — we do not obscure it.

WESTEND produces in small runs and does not hold open inventory online, so a permanent price list would go out of date faster than we could maintain it. Email us with the piece and your size and we confirm availability, the full price and the lead time in writing within two business days. There is no obligation to buy.

Yes. We dispatch from Dhaka to addresses in Bangladesh, the United States and most other countries. Delivery windows and costs are set out in our Shipping policy and are confirmed to you before payment.

In-stock pieces are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery within Bangladesh is typically 2–4 business days after dispatch; international delivery is typically 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs. Made-to-order and evening pieces have a four to six week production lead time, confirmed in writing before payment.

Possibly, on international orders. Duties and taxes are set by the destination country, are payable by the recipient, and are not included in the price you pay us. We cannot predict the amount. Orders delivered within Bangladesh are not subject to import duty.

Yes — unworn, unwashed, tags attached, within 14 days of delivery. Email us first for a return authorisation and the correct return address. Made-to-order pieces and items altered to your specification cannot be returned. Full detail is in our Returns policy.

We inspect returns within 3 business days of arrival and email you the outcome. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. How quickly that shows on your statement is up to your bank.

Our size guide lists body measurements for every size we cut. If you are between sizes or want the exact measurements of a specific garment, email us — we measure the actual piece and send you the numbers before you commit.

For tailoring and evening pieces, yes. Lead time is four to six weeks and includes one complimentary fitting adjustment. Made-to-measure pieces are cut to your specification and are not returnable, so we confirm every measurement with you in writing first.

Care instructions specific to the fibre are on the label and included with your order. As a rule: wool and tailoring should be dry-cleaned sparingly and brushed between wears; knitwear should be hand-washed cool and dried flat; leather should be kept out of direct sun. Email us before attempting a repair and we will tell you whether we can do it for you.

Accepted payment methods are confirmed with your order quotation, along with the currency. We never ask for card details by email and we do not store full card numbers — payments are handled by a payment provider.
